Motion: (Linda/Larry) To approve minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report: Pat presented the board with a printed report.

Motion: (Larry/Joan) To approve the Treasurer’s Report. Motion carried.

Discussion: CASA Event. We netted $369, with $558 gross take. Volunteers included Linda Radcliffe, Ron Baldwin, Larry Adams-Bowers, Mary Phillips, Lois Ewins.

Development: My Fair Lady Sponsorship. Pat has talked to Darran Sellers about the possibility of Howard Green Engineering sponsoring "My Fair Lady" and will follow up.

Discussion: Technical Theatre Training. Pat will follow up with Lu Karr as far as setting up technical training classes with the Palace Theatre. He will shoot for classes being held in mid December.

Discussion: TV Monitor: The possibility of purchasing or acquiring by donation a monitor and video equipment for the green room for performances was discussed.

Discussion: Wireless Communications System: Our current headsets are no longer working. We will approach the Palace about a wireless system.

Discussion: My Fair Lady set: Mary Phillips will design the set for the show. The needs of the show in relation to the stage of the Palace Theatre were discussed.

Discussion: Downtown Cultural Alliance. Membership in the Downtown Cultural Alliance was discussed. Cost of membership is $100 for the year. We will participate for the second year in their coupon book; our membership is not required for that. Benefits of membership include our inclusion in their promotions and having our events listed in their regular calendar of events materials.

Motion: (Steve/Larry) To join Downtown Cultural Alliance. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 8:39 PM.

Discussion: Find Harvey: Steve ran a promotion on the website for "Encore! Encore!" Hidden on the site was a link to "Find Harvey." There are also several links with false sightings. The first patron to find Harvey at any given location would win a free ticket to "Encore! Encore!" Rhonda Westergard and Alex Vasquez won tickets. It was agreed to continue the promotion prior to "My Fair Lady," and to give away three pairs of tickets.
