Board Members Present:  Pat Lyons, Le Cox, Steve Arnold, Larry Adams-Bowers, Ron Baldwin. Linda Radcliffe arrived later in the meeting.

The minutes from the previous meeting were read.

Motion: (Larry/Le) To approve the minutes of the previous meeting as read. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report: Pat presented the board with a printed report.

Motion: (Ron/Larry) To approve the Treasurer’s Report. Motion carried.

Discussion: Job Descriptions. The job descriptions document was discussed. (The document is posted on the Web as part of the current issue of Grease Paint and also on the Board page.)

Motion: (Steve/Le) To accept the Job Descriptions document as amended at the August meeting. Motion carried.

Discussion: Clingmans. Shirale Hanson is in charge of the cleaning and preparation of the Clingman facility. There will be a work day on Saturday, September 23 at 9:00 AM to begin the clean up and preparation process. Several sets of keys have been made and Linda currently has them.

Discussion: Trustees Meeting. The Trustees will no longer assess us an amount per ticket, however they would like us to commit to making at least two payments each season It does not matter specifically when during the year these payments are made. It was also determined that major equipment purchases for the building itself would be made by the trustees as per our requests.

Motion: (Steve/Le) To set aside $2.00 per each seat sold to be paid for debt reduction at least twice per year. Motion carried.

Discussion: Development. We are looking for an underwriter for "My Fair Lady."

Discussion: Recognition Plaques. Plaques for all season sponsors to date at the $250 level and above will be presented at the Saturday performance of the Variety Show.

Discussion: Old Light Board. The board decided that the old light board would be kept and it will be stored at Clingmans.

Discussion: My Fair Lady. Auditions will be held November 14^th & 16^th (Tuesday and Thursday) at 7:00 PM in the Clingman facility.

Motion: (/Larry/Le) To adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 8:39 PM.
